The local real estate investment fund FairPlay International received a first-class certificate by the state investment agency for the construction of Varna Logistic Park . The value of the project is estimated to exceed BGN 100mn (EUR 50mn). The project is run in cooperation with the UK registered Bulgarian Property Developments. The complex will be located in the western part of the industrial zone of the northern Black Sea city of Varna on the area of 80,000 square metres. Varna Logistics Park will consist of business area and storehouses. The first stage of the project, covering 30% construction works completion, is expected to be finished by the end of this year. The certificate provides preferential access to administrative services, including faster procedures at municipal and government levels and possible state aids for building supportive infrastructure of public interest.
