The local International Capital Group is planning to invest EUR 25-30mn in the construction of a multifunctional residential building in the capital city of Sofia , according to information of the business wire Investor.bg . The construction works on the luxury complex, which will be named Ropotamo Plaza , is expected to start in the summer and should be finished by mid-2009. The complex will encompass residential, recreational, trade and office areas that could be replaced by a 5-star hotel. The project has not obtained construction permit from Sofia municipality yet.
