The locally registered company Limeks City will receive today a first class investment certificate for its project to construct a BGN 200mn (EUR 102.3mn) multifunctional complex in the capital city of Sofia . The complex, named Winslow Gardens , would be located on area of some 42 decares with total built-up area of 123,000 sqm, including underground facilities. It would consist of residential and business areas, sport facilities, restaurants, etc. Some BGN 24mn have been already invested while the rest are expected to be spent in the next three years until the completion of the project. Some 300 temporary and about 3,000 permanent jobs would be opened. The investor is expected to pay taxes of about BGN 17.7mn to the state budget during the construction. The global investment unit of Deutsche Bank RREEF controls 88% in Limeks City while the remaining 12% are owned by the locally registered company Winslow Developments.
