The Russian real estate group MIAN has entered the local real estate market, reads a note published on the company’s website. MIAN purchased 0.5ha amounting to EUR 10mn and is planning to build A+ class business centre in the business part of Sofia . The project’s estimated value will amount EUR 25-30mn according to experts and should be ready by end-2008. This is the first investment of MIAN abroad. According to Russian real estate experts ,this is rather a market-investigation move.
