Environment minister Dzhevdet Chakarov will sign today contracts for construction of two purification stations in the Black Sea city of Burgas and the northern town of Sevlievo . The two projects are valued at a total of EUR 24mn and will open 300 temporary and 40 permanent jobs. Both projects should be finished by 2010 and will serve about 89,000 people in total for the period till 2022. ISPA grants will finance 75% of the investment. Both projects were approved of in 2002. Constructor of both objects is the Austrian Alpine Mayreder.
