Save the date! Senior Associate Yassen Spassov is entrusted to moderate a workshop dedicated to protection of energy investments within the Sixth Biennial Energy Event hosted by the Energy Law Group (“ELG”) in Copenhagen, Denmark, on October 4th, 2019. 
This is one of the most important energy events bringing together industry representatives, policy makers, regulators, government and EU Commission officials for discussions and networking on topical energy issues in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Within the workshop Yassen together with energy practice head at DGKV Milan Pandev shall present on energy disputes and investment protection. Senior Associate Nikola Minchev shall also join the expert panel with an overview of the landmark preliminary ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Achmea vs. Slovakia Case C-284/16 and its impact on the intra-EU and other arbitration awards.
