Sofia-Kulata railroad is planned for renovation till 2017. Construction works will amount to about EUR 100mn while projection costs are estimated at about EUR 3mn. The project will be financed by ISPA. The investment consists of constructing second track from Sofia to Kulata and electrification of the remaining non-electrified part of the railroad.
