DGKV is delighted to share that the acquisition of the Paradise Center shopping center in Sofia for EUR 252.9 million (on which the law firm advised the seller NEPI Rockcastle plc) has been shortlisted by CEE Legal Matters in the “CEE Deal of the Year” Awards! The acquisition of Paradise Center is the biggest M&A deal in Bulgaria signed and closed in 2017. This also is the biggest ever real estate deal in Bulgaria! 
The complete list of nominees for each of the 17 countries for which the award will be made can be found here. The nominees shall be passed along to a Final Selection Committee, consisting of 16 prominent legal practitioners from across CEE tasked with carefully evaluating all nominations and casting ballots for the ultimate award-winners. The winners shall be announced at the Deal of the Year Awards Ceremony due to be held in Prague, Czech Republic, on 6th June 2018.
