Time and Cost Management in International Arbitration


On October 13th, Senior Associate Valentin Bojilov delivered strong remarks on time and cost management in international arbitration at the Regional Arbitration Conference, hosted by the Bulgarian national committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Together with fellow arbitration experts from the region, Valentin presented the fundamentals in each arbitration procedure and pointed out the milestones in arbitration stages, he called for the 6 Ps in every planning process – perfect planning and preparation prevents poor performance.
