DGKV is proud to share that Partner Violetta Kunze has been elected as Co-Chair of the Communications Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) to serve from 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2020. It is for the first time in IBA’s history that a representative from the CEE region and in particular from Bulgaria is appointed at the top-notch position. 
The IBA Communications Law Committee is a leading global forum for legal practitioners with specialist expertise or interest in the communications sector. With its 70 years of history, IBA is regarded as the global voice of the legal profession being the foremost organisation for international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. 
As a Head of DGKV’s Telecom and Media Practice and co-head of the Corporate and M&A Practice at DGKV, Violetta possesses in-depth technology, media and telecommunications expertise and more than 20 years of fruitful consultation of major domestic and international telecoms, media, and on-line services providers on some of their landmark projects in Bulgaria.
