The locally registered company Winslow Developments and the investment arm of Deutsche Bank RREEF have earmarked BGN 252mn (EUR 128.8mn) for building a residential complex in Bankia, 20 kilometres from the capital city Sofia . The project will offer about 1,200 new apartments on the market. The total investment of Winslow in Bulgaria has reached EUR 900mn, of which EUR 620mn in cooperation with RREEF.
