The locally registered company Winslow Developments has earmarked more than EUR 600mn for investments in real estate projects in the country. The company, together with the global investment unit of Deutsche Bank RREEF, has launched construction of a residential complex, named Winslow Gardens , in the capital city of Sofia . Winslow Developments and RREEF have earmarked BGN 252mn for building a residential complex in Bankia, 20 kilometres from the capital city Sofia . Winslow Developments has already built seven holiday facilities in the ski resort of Bansko.
