Ivana Manginova is an Associate at DGKV and part of the team’s General Corporate and Dispute Resolution practice groups. She joined DGKV in January 2026, having previously been a trainee at another local law firm and taking part in the Fulbright Internship Program.
Ivana obtained her Master’s degree in Law form Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. During her studies, she participated in civil and commercial law competitions. In July 2022 Ivana took part in ELSA Law and Business Summer School in Porto, Portugal, where she gained knowledge in the fields of Negotiation and Data Protection, Banking and Finance, M&A, and Arbitration.
Recent representative projects include:
- Drafting corporate documents, preparing due diligence report and advising on corporate changes the Bulgarian subsidiary of a key international telecommunications client.
- Advised a multinational company on M&A transactions, including due diligence and analyses of corporate structures.
- Advised a leading global company in the lottery industry in relation to establishing its Bulgarian subsidiary.
