Svetlana Slavcheva is an Associate, part of DGKV’s Employment and Mobility practice. Svetlana has obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Throughout her studies in Sofia University, Svetlana has participated in а couple of international moot court competitions, including the “Telders” international law moot court competition.
Recent representative projects include:
- Supporting employment law aspects of corporate transactions and acquisitions, including the preparation and review of employee-related documentation
- Assisting with EU Blue Card and residence permit procedures for senior and key personnel of international employers
- Advising on short-term and long-term visa matters related to business travel and employee mobility
- Providing ongoing support on general corporate and commercial matters across multiple industry sectors.
