Lilia is a Senior Associate at DGKV with more than 15+ years of experience in general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, media and telecoms, e-commerce, regulatory work, immigration law, and EU law. She joined DGKV as an associate in 2000. Lilia advises clients in various industries on ongoing legal matters. Lilia has also led DGKV teams assisting local and international clients on M&A projects, including performing due diligence, preparing and handling transaction documents, and providing completion and post-completion legal assistance.
Recent representative projects include:
- Providing ongoing legal assistance to Froneri Bulgaria EOOD, part of the Nestlé group, on various corporate and commercial-law matters, including corporate changes, distribution and trade-agency agreements, food-regulatory requirements, labelling, communication with state authorities, competition-law issues, and dispute resolution matters, among others.
- Providing ongoing legal assistance to SKF Bearings Bulgaria EAD, part of the SKF group, on various corporate and commercial-law matters, including corporate reorganizations, labor-law and regulatory matters, among others.
- Serving as an active member of the team that advised and assisted Contour Global L.P. on its acquisition of Enel’s 908 MW lignite-fired thermal-power plant, including conducting legal due diligence, assisting with transaction work and with closing and post-closing matters, and providing subsequent ongoing legal advice on corporate matters.
- Providing ongoing advice and assistance to Tata Communications, part of the Tata group, on telecommunications and regulatory matters.
