DGKV acts as legal counsel under Bulgarian law for Metric Capital Partners LLP acting as agent and the lenders on a mezzanine facility provided to Eastern European Electric Company II B. V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurohold Bulgaria AD, to partially fund the acquisition of CEZ a.s. Business in Bulgaria by Eurohold Group which was closed on 27 July 2021.
DGKV’s involvement included legal advice in matters of Bulgarian law in relation to the facility and collateral documentation and intercreditor arrangements.
