DGKV is pleased to have advised Marlabs, a leading US‑based digital transformation firm, on its strategic acquisition of INDEAVR, a Swiss‑Bulgarian engineering services firm with strong capabilities in digital product engineering, AI, cloud, and data.

The transaction deepens Marlabs’s European presence and enhances its AI‑driven digital engineering services by integrating INDEAVR’s team of over 200 professionals and enterprise delivery track record.

 

DGKV supported Marlabs throughout the deal, providing strategic Bulgarian counsel on transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation and completion of the transaction.

The acquisition follows Marlabs’s prior international growth moves, including the Onebridge (U.S., January 2024) and Monitora (Brazil, May 2023) integrations. Together with INDEAVR, Marlabs is strengthening its ability to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions at scale.
