DGKV advised Come Forth Capital EOOD on the sale of a majority shareholding in Synergyc AD, a Bulgarian IT services company, by Kirey S.r.l. (Italy), a leading Italian information technology systems provider and technology services developer backed by One Equity Partners.

Founded in 2009 through a management buyout and headquartered in Milan, Italy, Kirey Group is an Italian digital transformation consultant that supports its customers with experience in technology services related to data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing and software-as-a-service development.

Synergyc is headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria and offers near-shore services combined with experience in financial and accounting processes. The acquisition of Synergyc looks to strengthen Kirey Group’s position as an IT services company and adds IT service workflow automation as well as enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management consulting capabilities to the group.

DGKV represented the former sole owner of the capital (and subsequent minority shareholder, following the transaction) – Come Forth Capital EOOD.
