DGKV successfully represented the Bulgarian Employers Association for Innovative Technologies (BRAIT) with respect to the appeal of Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria refusing to recognize BRAIT as a representative employers’ organization at national level.

Тhe Administrative Court – Sofia City as a court of first instance handed down a decision by virtue of which BRAIT’s appeal was upheld in its entirety. The competent court repealed the Decision of the Council of Ministers and ordered a new Decision to be issued by the Council of Ministers in accordance with the grounds of the court decision. Тhe decision of the Administrative Court – Sofia City was appealed by the Council of Ministers and the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. The Supreme Administrative Court rendered a decision which rejected the cassation appeals and entirely confirmed the decision of the Administrative Court – Sofia-city.
