Angelina Boneva-Petrova is an Associate at DGKV’s Dispute Resolution practice. She joined DGKV as an associate in 2025. Angelina has professional experience as a lawyer and mediator. In her legal practice Angelina has participated in the representation of international clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings in Bulgarian courts and in domestic arbitration proceedings. Angelina has as well acted as a mediator since 2021.
- Advising and representing Turkish Airlines in relation to civil disputes in the competence of the Bulgarian jurisdiction.
- Representing and providing employment-law advise to a global leader in software and intelligence solutions on a wide array of employment matters regarding its Bulgarian operations, including on redundancies and reorganizations.
- Assisting and advising one of the largest Bulgarian publicly traded companies in Bulgaria Eurohold and its insurance business Euroins Insurance Group (EIG) on their investment arbitration dispute with the Government of Romania.
- Providing ongoing advice and representation to Bulgarian entities related to customs regulations and Bulgarian legislation.
