DGKV advised California based electronic manufacturer Sanmina Corporation in relation to the acquisition of Osram EOOD, a Bulgarian lights and lighting devices manufacturer owned by the German lighting solutions company Osram.
DGKV has acted as the Bulgarian legal counsel to the buyer Sanmina Corporation together with Hogan Lovells US LLP, San Francisco, the USA, as the lead legal counsel.
