DGKV represented Graphwise and its institutional shareholders, led by Integral Capital Group, in the sale of the company to Oakley Capital.  The transaction was signed on 8 August 2026 and is subject to regulatory approvals.  The deal ranks among the largest software exits in Bulgaria’s history.

DGKV’s team included Partner Valentin Bojilov, Senior Associate Vladislav Antonov and Associate Preslava Petrova.

Graphwise came into being in 2024 via the combination of Sofia-based Ontotext and Vienna-based Semantic Web Company, two pioneers in semantic technologies.  DGKV also advised on that transaction. Since then, Graphwise has established itself as a global leader in knowledge graph and semantic layer technology.

Integral Capital Group is a leading mid-market private equity platform focusing on Central and Eastern Europe.  Integral is the lead investor in a consortium, comprising also PortfoLion Capital Partners, Carpathian Partners and EBRD, which acquired a majority stake in Ontotext in 2022.  DGKV acted for Integral at the time.
