DGKV is pleased to announce that Partner Omourtag Petkov has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of AmCham Bulgaria following the Chamber’s Annual General Assembly held on 9 June 2026.
The election reflects the confidence of AmCham Bulgaria’s membership in Omourtag’s longstanding contribution to the Chamber and his continued commitment to promoting a strong business environment, good governance, and the rule of law in Bulgaria.
According to the official announcement published by AmCham Bulgaria, the newly elected Board of Directors comprises:

Omourtag is also a founder of the AmCham Bulgaria’s Rule of Law and Legislative Reform Committee and serves as its Co-Chair of together with Elena Miller of Bojinov & Bojinov.
On 5 June 2026, DGKV hosted the Committee’s latest meeting at its offices at 10 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Sofia, bringing together members for a productive discussion on current legislative reform and rule of law priorities.
DGKV congratulates all newly elected members of the Board of Directors and looks forward to continuing its active participation in AmCham Bulgaria’s initiatives aimed at strengthening the business environment and supporting sustainable economic development in Bulgaria.
