DGKV’s associate Tsvetelina Bayraktarova contributed to the 1st 2020 edition of “The City” magazine with a publication on Real estate investment. The topic of the article is advantages of “Investments in closed type complexes” and it reviews legal aspects of such real estate deals. It provides information on specific rights on common land, management and maintenance of common areas. The publication also advices on the type of management contract and payments for common facilities required by the investors.  “The City” magazine is a leading media for infrastructure, construction, buildings and investments.

Tsvetelina is DGKV’s senior associate from 2016 and specializes in construction contracts, commercial real estate management, rental contracts and project finance. She is also part-time lecturer in commercial law at Sofia University.
