DGKV’s Head of Energy and Utilities Milan Pandev Speaks at the Regional Oil and Gas Conference 2025 in Istanbul

We are pleased to announce that Milan Pandev, Partner and Head of DGKV’s Energy & Utilities Practice, was a speaker at the Regional Oil and Gas Conference 2025, organized by the Balkan and Black Sea Petroleum Association. The event took place on 27–28 November in Istanbul, Türkiye, gathering senior representatives from more than 30 leading companies across the energy sector.

This year’s conference featured high-level discussions across several key thematic tracks, including Upstream and Supply, Oil & Gas Markets, Legal and Regulatory Frameworks, Digitalisation and the Energy Transition, and Risk Management and Price Hedging. The conference opened with remarks by H.E. Mr. Ahmet Berat Çonkar, Deputy Minister of Energy of Türkiye, and welcomed numerous governmental and industry stakeholders from the region.

During his session, Milan Pandev addressed the legal challenges related to Black Sea deepwater exploration and production, focusing on:
