DGKV successfully represented 9 major local producers of electricity from solar power, owned by a Chinese investor, in a complex litigation case against the Bulgarian state before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
The claims have been filed to recover a fee, collected by the Bulgarian state on the power generation from wind and solar energy and then declared inconsistent with the Bulgarian Constitution by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Our assistance also includes representation in the proceeding for obtaining execution title and collection of the amounts awarded against the Bulgarian state (approx. EUR 1.3 million).
The stelar team was led by DGKV's partner Milan Pandev and included senior associates Elena Ivanova and Simeon Simeonov.
