DGKV Data Protection team issued a Client Alert concerning commercial organizations reopening business after lockdown measures imposed by the Bulgarian government in relations to the spread of COVID-19. 
It comprises of measures involving processing of personal data in terms of relevant data subjects. A special focus is put on organizations. It states that in order to stay in compliance with the GDPR, PDPA and other relevant Bulgarian regulations, any business organization needs to adjust its technical and organization measures for data protection.
