Elis Hayrieva is an Associate at DGKV’s Public Procurement & EU Funding Practice group. She joined DGKV as an associate in 2024. Elis has professional experience as a legal counsel at the Ministry of Health. In her legal practice Elis has participated in the preparation and implementation of public procurement in healthcare. She has also represented the Ministry of Health before the courts.
