Tsvetelina Bayraktarova is a Senior Associate at DGKV and part of the firm’s Real Estate & Construction and Banking & Financing practices. She joined DGKV as an associate in 2016. Tsvetelina has played a leading role on some of the firm’s key real estate & construction and banking & finance projects related to major property acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure projects, project-and-acquisition financing, the securitization of receivables, debt restructuring, and alternative-investment funds. In addition to her extensive practical experience, Tsvetelina has a strong academic background, as an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law and Commercial Transactions at Sofia University.

- Advising Blocks Health and Social Care on the acquisition, financing, and greenfield development of a rehabilitation and long-term care center and hospice for the elderly in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Advising Globe Trade Centre on the financing of major office-center projects Advance Business Centre I and II.
- Advising K&K Ltd. on the structuring of a high-profile gated residential complex in Sofia.
- Advising NEPI Rockcastle plc on the EUR 252.9 million acquisition of the Paradise Center shopping center in Sofia and management of various tenant relations.
