The transaction, which was announced in August 2024, closed recently after obtaining all required regulatory approvals.

 

DGKV acted for the seller Doverie United Holding, a major Bulgarian publicly traded holding company with investments in various industries and a market capitalization of over BGN 170 million.  We advised in relation to the sale of Doverie Health Insurance Fund, a leader on the Bulgarian health insurance market, to Generali.  Our lawyers assisted the client throughout the sale process, including interaction with its financial advisor, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and closing.
