DGKV advised Arco Vara AS, the Nasdaq Tallinn-listed residential real estate developer, on the sale of a 25% stake in its Bulgarian subsidiary Botanica Lozen EOOD to a local real estate investor in connection with the continued development of the Botanica Lozen residential project near Sofia.

DGKV advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the negotiation and drafting of the transaction documentation and the establishment of the legal framework for the parties’ strategic partnership in the Botanica Lozen project. The firm's mandate further covered the structuring and implementation of the shareholders’ arrangements governing the parties’ ongoing cooperation and the coordination of the transaction within the context of the project's phased development.
