DGKV's Real Estate team advised Endura EOOD on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of a joint venture with Avalant Bulgaria OOD for the development of a residential building with a total gross floor area of approximately 7,000 sq. m in central Sofia.

In addition to conducting vendor due diligence, DGKV assisted with drafting the transaction documentation as well as completing an in-kind contribution of the land plot into a newly incorporated joint-stock SPV as a preliminary step. The transactional support covered the negotiation and drafting of a complete set of transactional documentation governing shareholder relations in the SPV and project management services.

DGKV further handled the closing process, including the transfer of registered shares and the relevant closing registrations.
